We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1. Return Shipping and Insurance: A flat fee of $10 will be charged for return shipping, which includes insurance to protect your item during transit.
2. Restocking Fee: A 3% restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs of cleaning and polishing returned items.
3. Return Process:
- Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and include all original packaging with adequate protection and documentation.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.
4. Refund:
- Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The $10 return shipping fee and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), altered items, earrings and body jewelries, and final sales cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
